Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour package:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances

- Valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after return date)

- We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
- We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed baggage
